The Nest Villas with KB Homes in Erie, CO

These two homes did not come without their issues, but let’s just call them opportunities to grow and think on your feet. They both have color palettes that I developed specifically for them and the buyer profile. The 1672 has a muted blue with walnut wood and stark accents of burgundy. The 1964 is a more vibrant home for a slightly older buyer. It has pops of orange, sage green, and teal…yes, teal!
