Sweetgrass with Century Communities in Dacono, CO

This home quickly became one of my favorites as I stretched my perspective to gather some really unique art pieces. The Powell plan features a beautiful monochromatic color scheme with the vibrant pop of rust orange throughout the home. A custom wall trim details the entire entry wall that stretches all the way into the great room. You’ll find that most of my models also featured trim details in the primary bedroom, and this one is no different! Each of the kid’s rooms add unique and personalized variety to the spaces. On the main floor, a study takes the place of a spare bedroom, with very out-of-the-box art. The loft has to be one of my favorite rooms with Colorado inspired furniture and art pieces.
