Windler Townhome with DRB Homes in Aurora, CO

This townhome was the first model I did for DRB Homes (once Brightland Homes). It was also my first house to use a blue intensive color palette and require details drawings for our chosen finishes. Blue is my absolute favorite so designing this home was a true delight. It was a finalist in the 2025 MAME awards for Best Interior Merchandising of a Model Under $600,000. The first floor was turned into a sales office, the second floor is the kitchen/dining and primary bedroom, while the third floor hosts the great room and kids’ rooms; my first time designing an inverted house like this!
